Impossible to contact customer service. Incorrect meter readings resulting in overcharging on my account. Still waiting on customer service to see if we can fix that issue. If only we could choose our electric provider, Duke-Energy would not be the one.
Your company is the worst, and the only reason you still exist is because we don't have a choice in who provides our power. A substandard company with substandard service.
Horrible customer service at the North Manchester office! My power has been out since 10:30am this morning, I’ve called the office 10 times with no answer! I understand these things happen, but a little communication goes a long way! Thanks Duke Energy, keep up the well below par customer service, you’re doing a great job! You get one star because I know eventually you’ll get the power on, but please hurry, it isn’t getting any warmer out!
