I am very disappointed. I happened to be up in North Webster during a festival and shopped with my sister. Bought 2 pair of shoes both same size. One pair saving for a trip in September. Turns out the pair I save did not fit like the other pair did (I did not realize that until my packing) My first available time back to that area, with the receipt, I went to exchange and or get store credit. The sandals were never worn and that was very apparent. I know it had been awhile since I purchased the shoes. "Policy," I was told, no exchange or store credit. I have purchased things elsewhere and have returned items with a receipt and never worn before. I merely asked for store credit and would gladly have shopped the store and purchased (perhaps more.) Never will I shop this store whether it be Pierceton or Syracuse nor would I ever encourage anyone else to shop here. Not everyone has money to kiss good-bye.
We drove 40 minutes to get to this store on Sunday afternoon. I was so excited to shop. There were 3 levels. I was looking for lake decor, an end table or a coffee table. I asked to use the ladies room but was denied. The two women in the shop sent me to the gas station. So do you want to know what I bought?? Nothing. While I was browsing, the cashier was laughing and describing to another customer how she pulled a gun on someone in Walmart when they were blocking the aisle. She then loudly spoke about how she wants to stab customers when they ask stupid questions. And to top it all off, the store was filled with dead deer, elk, boars and ducks. Nothing worth your time at this place.
