I am a native of North Manchester, IN and have done business with this flower shop before under the old ownership. I was very disappointed in a funeral arrangement that I had ordered for a family member for a burial ceremony that was taking place in North Manchester, IN. I had placed an order on Cottage Creations web site who offers the prearranged arrangements via ftd. Since it was a holiday weekend (Labor Day) I chose to place an order of flowers that was in a vase. According to the site I had a choice between a small, medium or a large bouquet (I chose the medium bouquet, almost $100 with all the charges). I had a family member take a picture of the flowers and was very disappointed in the size of the bouquet of flowers coming out of the vase. I emailed the store and received a call regarding this and was told that, "They don't agree with how it looks because the vase can only hold so many flowers and that is all they could fit into the vase." If that was the case, why do they continually support the ftd web page on their web site? Why did they not contact me and say we can't do the medium or the large due to the size of the bouquet of flowers. I thought they would do what was right and refund to the small bouquet, but that wasn't the case. The woman I spoke with, Lori or Laura chose to be combative and making excuses for why the flowers would not fit in the vase instead of trying to make it right by the customer.
I LOVE this adorable florist and gift shop! Always great quality, and lots of adorable gift items. It's the perfect place to find a gift for anyone! :)
