The starter looks nearly new and works great. I'm happy with the part, and I'm VERY happy with the price!
We actually ended up doing an exchange. (The only difference was that one wire attached on a different part of the solenoid. The wire has enough stretch to make it.)
Starter on my wife's Saturn died, so I bought one from Car Recyclers, based on a friend's recommendation. Got it back home, noticed a couple of teeth on the starter were chipped. I called them and asked if they could do anything about it, and they said they'd give me a refund. That right there is pretty good customer service policy, because it's a junkyard, so they don't have to offer a guarantee.
