I came in for an appointment that was scheduled prior to coming and not only did I sit there for 40 minutes waiting after I arrived on time, my spot was taken by someone else, the receptionist ignored me when I walked in because she was playing on her phone and I waited on her to finish for minutes before a stylist offered to help, and my time was completely wasted. I haven't seen such poor management in a long time.
This place is going down hill. The standard has gone way down over the last year or so. Disappointment for sure
Really good at cutting and coloring, although you may get something completely different than what you wanted.
